Ouch my liver
July 5th, 2008 was not kind to me. Cranberry and vodka was not kind to me. Not even a pepsid tab would help me last night. Sometimes you just gotta know when to stop and refuse a drink even if you come off as a dick.
Hung out with A, H, J, and W last night and stayed out till ~3am in LES. I think some people went to get pizza, unfortunately for me food was exiting, not entering my body.
On a brighter note I met some cool folks at People in LES — there were a crew of DJs spinning stuff I was really feeling. One guy in particular was pretty cool, I think his name was Henry. The venue was nice, maroon walls, ambient lighting, upstairs and downstairs areas for dancing and chilling respectively, good music, and drink prices that were reasonable for NYC (~$9). I def want to hit up that spot in the future but for now I need a bloody mary.
